- Big horsepower & speed gains! The factory 570 Ranger is just like the RZR and ACE 570 is very limited from the factory. The 45hp motor is capable of much more and we are here to deliver! The factory limits you with torque limits to only allow so much horsepower to be made, very low 50mph speed limits, and a very timid rev limit. We unlock everything in this motor to gain another 5-7 horsepower. You'll notice MUCH quicker throttle response and power delivery especially in high gear.
- 100% Throttle in high and low gear, throttle by wire limiters disabled (on those models with TBW)
- AA's wicked timing and fuel curve for either 87 or 91 octane
- More mid range fuel for increased mid range power and response and a better fuel curve all around
- Cooler running motor with the fan temps decreased to 195 on / 185 off
- Factory 50 MPH high speed limit removed, 24mph low speed limit removed

- Choose between different tunes for 87 octane or 91 octane
- The level 1 tune is the most common and is meant for the factory exhaust system, and no other major engine modifications. When properly clutched, this tune is capable of 52-53+hp on 91 octane fuel. With the 87 octane timing curve, you would see around 50 horsepower. Peak power is made between 7500-7700rpm, so clutching is highly recommended for best performance.
- The level 2 tune has all the features of the level 1 tune, but the fueling is designed for an exhaust system. Gains would depend on the exhaust that you are using, but normally would show another 3-5 horsepower.

Shipping
Shipping to US with verified payment & confirmed address. Domestic shipments are a mix of services from UPS, USPS, and FedEx. All packages may require a signature.
Delivery
Most of our products ship within 1 Business Day - Occasionally, we are out of stock on an item and will sometimes use a drop ship from one of our suppliers. Drop ships from a handful of suppliers can add up to 5 days processing time.
Refunds & Returns
PLEASE CALL US FIRST for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) #.
All returns made to Revolution Off-Road, LLC must be in the original box with all parts included in new condition.
All returns must be sent with a copy of the original receipt, explanation of the problem and an RMA #.
All returns for must be received by Revolution Off-Road, LLC within 15 days of the product being received by the customer. (determined by UPS tracking #)
Customer is 100% responsible for ALL shipping costs on returned items. Thus, if you return an item and did not originally pay shipping costs, the original shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.
Orders canceled by the customer will be subject to a 10% cancelation fee.
Any shipping costs paid by customer on original order, including ground shipping or expedited shipping will not be refunded including in the event of a return.
Credit will be issued after the product and its contents are inspected and found to be in brand new condition as shipped to the buyer.
All returns will be subject to a 20% - 30% restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer.
Shipments refused by you (the Customer) and returned back to Revolution Off-Road will carry an automatic 20% re-stocking fee deducted from the total credit owed.
Credit will not be issued in the following situations:
Product has been installed and or used. Product has been damaged from an attempt to install and/or use.
Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts.
Seal on electrical parts is broken, or it is evident that electrical part has been installed to vehicle.
Product serial number does not match what was originally shipped to buyer.-Product is deemed not re-sellable due to customer's actions.
Electrical components after they have been installed.
Product Warranties
Revolution Off-Road, LLC honors all manufacturer warranties. Any product that carries a manufacturer warranty must be warrantied through its respective manufacturer. Installed components which have failed must be removed and shipped back to its manufacturer for inspection before replacement. Revolution Off-Road, LLC is not responsible for shipping products to manufacturers for inspection or the return shipping to the end user. Labor time is not paid by Revolution Off-Road, LLC.
Damaged Products
If a products arrived damaged you must contact Revolution Off-Road, LLC WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS. Do not install the product as the manufacturer will handle shipping a replacement item. If you install the product then it will void any shipping claim as the product will need to be reviewed by sending pictures of any damage. Once again review your product before attempting to install it, if any damage is found, do not install.
Cores
There is a 30 day turnaround policy on cores from the time it was delivered.
