This is the ultimate clutch kit for your  2016-Up RZR S 1000 & Trail S 1000!

This clutch kit replaces your entire secondary clutch and comes with the primary weights & spring.  For 2016 and newer machines, they went to a BOSS secondary clutch which is cheap, wearing out extremely fast, and causes issues.  This clutch is the Team Tied version built specifically for the transmission shaft of the 2016-Up models.  This is the same style clutch that came on the 2014-15 XP 1000's and other various higher end models throughout the years.  This clutch is a great design that works very well and lasts a long time.  Switching to this clutch means less belt/clutch issues, better clutch consistency, and better performance.  

Depending on many factors, we normally see factory secondary clutches start to fail between 1000-2000 miles

Aftermarket Assassins  S3 Recoil Clutch Kits pack a huge punch!  No matter the terrain, they hit hard and just keep pulling for days.  On the trail or at the race you'll notice wicked acceleration and instant clutch response when getting back into the throttle after hammering that corner.  In the dunes you'll see the same benefits but also have much less bogging when climbing that big dune.  The machine will hold RPM so you can get where you need to go, and get there faster!  

Going mudding?  Aftermarket Assassins  mud setup will help turn those tires through the thick and deep with much better RPM and wheel speed that's key to climbing out of that hole. We have a huge amount of CVT knowledge, a great passion for the sport, and spent many hours testing different setups in the real world.  We know you'll be extremely pleased with the performance gain from our S3 clutch kits!

  • Secondary clutch comes fully professionally set up.  Simply remove yours and slide our clutch on, then install the primary components in the primary clutch.

  • Clutch floats back and forth on the secondary shaft.  This ensures the clutch stays aligned with the primary clutch at all times, even under torque/power. 
  • Engine braking in the secondary clutch can be removed for more free wheeling when off the throttle
  • Less belt slap on the clutch cover which improves belt life and longevity
  • Cooler running belt temps (especially when running larger tires or paddles!)
  • Our Recoil clutch weights are easily adjustable with simple magnets.  They have a custom AA profile, the BEST coating on the market (nitrocarburizing) which has increased wear resistance, improved fatigue strength, and added surface lubricity. These clutch weights also offer great performance, and the ability to tune for many different applications or modification in the future, without the need to buy extra parts.  The magnetic weights are the best option to properly place the mass where we need it on the weight for the best performance for your application.
  • A great initial setup guideline is included which shows the best setups for dunes, mud, or all around trail riding. This also has brief instructions on installing your clutch kit and other important information.
  • We offer two kits: Standard Load & High Load.  The Standard Load kit is meant for stock or near stock size tires (28-30") and is the one for most fast pace trail riders or racers.  The High Load clutch kit is meant for those with larger tires (31-32"), mud tires, dune riders, and those with paddles 28" or larger.  Mudding and duning are considered high load and must be clutched slightly different.  The components for our mud and dune setups (high load) are the same, but you'll notice your setup guideline for the Recoil adjustable weights will be different between those two applications. 
  • Engine Braking Option:  Choose between keeping engine braking like factory or removing it.  Most faster pace trail riders/racer or dune riders will choose to remove it.  Most slower pace riders like mud, crawling or very hilly terrain will keep the EBS in place.

    Shipping
    Shipping to US with verified payment & confirmed address. Domestic shipments are a mix of services from UPS, USPS, and FedEx. All packages may require a signature.

    Delivery
    Most of our products ship within 1 Business Day - Occasionally, we are out of stock on an item and will sometimes use a drop ship from one of our suppliers. Drop ships from a handful of suppliers can add up to 5 days processing time.

    Refunds & Returns
    PLEASE CALL US FIRST for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) #.

    All returns made to Revolution Off-Road, LLC must be in the original box with all parts included in new condition.
    All returns must be sent with a copy of the original receipt, explanation of the problem and an RMA #.
    All returns for must be received by Revolution Off-Road, LLC within 15 days of the product being received by the customer. (determined by UPS tracking #)
    Customer is 100% responsible for ALL shipping costs on returned items. Thus, if you return an item and did not originally pay shipping costs, the original shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.

    Orders canceled by the customer will be subject to a 10% cancelation fee. 

    Any shipping costs paid by customer on original order, including ground shipping or expedited shipping will not be refunded including in the event of a return. 


    Credit will be issued after the product and its contents are inspected and found to be in brand new condition as shipped to the buyer.
    All returns will be subject to a 20% - 30% restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer.
    Shipments refused by you (the Customer) and returned back to Revolution Off-Road will carry an automatic 20% re-stocking fee deducted from the total credit owed.

    Credit will not be issued in the following situations:
    Product has been installed and or used. Product has been damaged from an attempt to install and/or use.
    Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts.
    Seal on electrical parts is broken, or it is evident that electrical part has been installed to vehicle.
    Product serial number does not match what was originally shipped to buyer.-Product is deemed not re-sellable due to customer's actions.
    Electrical components after they have been installed.

    Product Warranties
    Revolution Off-Road, LLC honors all manufacturer warranties. Any product that carries a manufacturer warranty must be warrantied through its respective manufacturer. Installed components which have failed must be removed and shipped back to its manufacturer for inspection before replacement. Revolution Off-Road, LLC is not responsible for shipping products to manufacturers for inspection or the return shipping to the end user. Labor time is not paid by Revolution Off-Road, LLC.

    Damaged Products
    If a products arrived damaged you must contact Revolution Off-Road, LLC WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS. Do not install the product as the manufacturer will handle shipping a replacement item. If you install the product then it will void any shipping claim as the product will need to be reviewed by sending pictures of any damage. Once again review your product before attempting to install it, if any damage is found, do not install.

    Cores
    There is a 30 day turnaround policy on cores from the time it was delivered.
