We make sure to leave nothing out, replacing all parts except the stock latches so the design stays clean while providing ease of access. Constructed from .125” thick aluminum--the thickest in the industry--for robustness and durability, our mounting and hinge parts are made from 3/16” steel. The ½” Diameter hinge bolt is specially designed with oil-impregnated bearings for improved longevity without having to lubricate them regularly.
