Yamaha YXZ Dual Rate Spring Kit
Our new YXZ dual rate spring kits are tested and in stock! Are you tired of the stiff ride of your YXZ? After testing ours, so were we. There are two things that contribute to this stiff ride quality and the excessive bucking in the rear. First is the spring package and the second is valving inside the shock. Each of these contribute about 50% of the problem. Why not cure half of these issues with an easy to install spring set? These true dual rate kits will make the ride quality of your Yamaha much more plush while at the same time adding more bump stage resistance for the big hits. The small chop, chatter, rocks and small whoops will feel much more smooth and stable. Your speeds will go up through the rough terrain while still remaining stable and smooth. Slow speed crawling will improve due to the more plush ride quality and improved suspension independence for those tough rock crawling situations. Also, the annoying bucking and kicking in the rear in the whoops and off the jumps will be limited significantly making your car much more safe in these situations. These spring kits do require a small spring compressor to install.
If you have a long travel kit for your YXZ, we have you covered as well. We have done the research and testing to get the correct spring rates for your long travel kit. You don't have to use the stock springs any more. Ride height problems and bottoming out are a thing of the past with our spring kits. Remember that with our cross over rings you can adjust when the stiffer spring is used thus tuning the kit to be plush or stiff when ever you need it to be completely separate from the compression knob on the shock. More adjustability is the best way to get your car performing the way YOU want it to.

We have a specific spring system for this racing designed to stop the rear bucking on the big jumps, limit body roll and, most importantly, get your ride height down to the 7-9" range for the best cornering possible. Shipping
Shipping to US with verified payment & confirmed address. Domestic shipments are a mix of services from UPS, USPS, and FedEx. All packages may require a signature.
Delivery
Most of our products ship within 1 Business Day - Occasionally, we are out of stock on an item and will sometimes use a drop ship from one of our suppliers. Drop ships from a handful of suppliers can add up to 5 days processing time.
Refunds & Returns
PLEASE CALL US FIRST for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) #.
All returns made to Revolution Off-Road, LLC must be in the original box with all parts included in new condition.
All returns must be sent with a copy of the original receipt, explanation of the problem and an RMA #.
All returns for must be received by Revolution Off-Road, LLC within 15 days of the product being received by the customer. (determined by UPS tracking #)
Customer is 100% responsible for ALL shipping costs on returned items. Thus, if you return an item and did not originally pay shipping costs, the original shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.
Orders canceled by the customer will be subject to a 10% cancelation fee.
Any shipping costs paid by customer on original order, including ground shipping or expedited shipping will not be refunded including in the event of a return.
Credit will be issued after the product and its contents are inspected and found to be in brand new condition as shipped to the buyer.
All returns will be subject to a 20% - 30% restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer.
Shipments refused by you (the Customer) and returned back to Revolution Off-Road will carry an automatic 20% re-stocking fee deducted from the total credit owed.
Credit will not be issued in the following situations:
Product has been installed and or used. Product has been damaged from an attempt to install and/or use.
Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts.
Seal on electrical parts is broken, or it is evident that electrical part has been installed to vehicle.
Product serial number does not match what was originally shipped to buyer.-Product is deemed not re-sellable due to customer's actions.
Electrical components after they have been installed.
Product Warranties
Revolution Off-Road, LLC honors all manufacturer warranties. Any product that carries a manufacturer warranty must be warrantied through its respective manufacturer. Installed components which have failed must be removed and shipped back to its manufacturer for inspection before replacement. Revolution Off-Road, LLC is not responsible for shipping products to manufacturers for inspection or the return shipping to the end user. Labor time is not paid by Revolution Off-Road, LLC.
Damaged Products
If a products arrived damaged you must contact Revolution Off-Road, LLC WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS. Do not install the product as the manufacturer will handle shipping a replacement item. If you install the product then it will void any shipping claim as the product will need to be reviewed by sending pictures of any damage. Once again review your product before attempting to install it, if any damage is found, do not install.
Cores
There is a 30 day turnaround policy on cores from the time it was delivered.
