L&W Fab Complete Long Travel Kit For Polaris PRO XP
This L&W Fab long travel kit for the Polaris PRO XP off-road vehicle model years 2020 and beyond. This kit is designed to enhance the vehicle's performance in off-road conditions.
This PRO XP Long Travel Kit is made to easily fit 2020 and newer models of the Polaris PRO XP. No drilling is required for installation, it's simply a bolt-on process.
Once installed, the kit will widen the vehicle by 4 inches on each side, giving it a total width of 72 inches when using stock offset wheels. It will also extend the wheelbase by 3.5 inches, which is likely to enhance stability.
The kit includes front A arms with a 1.75-inch forward offset and rear trailing arms with a 1.75-inch rear offset. These are made from 1.5” DOM and offer high clearance. They retain the factory shock location, and can utilize factory PRO XP bushings and ball joints.
The only steel parts of the kit, the A Arms and Trailing Arms, come with a powder coating for increased durability. An additional charge is available for powder coating the radius rods.
Here's a list of what the PRO XP Long Travel Kit includes:
- Front upper and lower A arms (Non-Adjustable, only compatible with stock size ball joints. They're not available for Mega Ball Joints).
- Set of Tie Rods with L&W HD rebuildable inner joints.
- High Clearance Steel HD Trailing Arms.
- High Clearance Billet Aluminum Radius Rods with adjustable uppers.
- One extended brake line for the front passenger side.
The aim of this kit is to enhance your Polaris PRO XP's performance, particularly in off-road conditions, by increasing width and wheelbase and adding high clearance components. This should lead to improved stability and resilience in challenging terrains.
