Chromoly Steel A-Arms and a True 6” Lift
Thanks to precision engineering and careful testing, we make sure this lift measures true to size. Because when you want to go big, we know that being half an inch short matters. All that lift requires some serious strength to support, too. These A-arms are made with 1.25” diameter chromoly steel tubing. The tube walls are 75” thicker than stock and have extra cross bar supports. The tie rods are made with 7/8” solid chromoly bar and the lift brackets are made with heavy-duty steel. So you get to ride higher on suspension that’s virtually unbreakable.
This Ain’t No Trailer Queen
This isn’t a big lift that can’t ride. The strength on this lift is overkill so that you can run monster tires and run it with a GDP Portal Gear Lift if you want to. You want to ride hard with the most extreme lift on the planet, so we built it to be unstoppable.

We preserved ride quality of the Ranger 1000 as much as possible when we designed this lift system. Rhino 2.0 or X300?
This suspension lift comes with Rhino 2.0 or Rhino X300 Axles. Which one’s for you? Rhino 2.0 uses larger components than stock and end-to-end chromoly construction to give it excellent strength at high articulation. It’s an incredibly solid axle that won’t break except in extreme situations. And they come with an 18-month warranty.
X300 Axles use 300M steel alloy in its construction to take that strength even farther. The unique shaft design flexes and returns to absorb torque loads that would break your CVs. They’re built to withstand the worst abuse and most extreme rides on the planet. Plus they’re backed by a 3-year warranty!

Shipping Shipping to US with verified payment & confirmed address. Domestic shipments are a mix of services from UPS, USPS, and FedEx. All packages may require a signature.
Delivery Most of our products ship within 1 Business Day - Occasionally, we are out of stock on an item and will sometimes use a drop ship from one of our suppliers. Drop ships from a handful of suppliers can add up to 5 days processing time.
Refunds & Returns PLEASE CALL US FIRST for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) #.
All returns made to Revolution Off-Road, LLC must be in the original box with all parts included in new condition. All returns must be sent with a copy of the original receipt, explanation of the problem and an RMA #. All returns for full credit must be received by Revolution Off-Road, LLC within 15 days of the product being received by the customer. (determined by UPS tracking #) Customer is 100% responsible for ALL shipping costs on returned items. Thus, if you return an item and did not originally pay shipping costs, the original shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.
Orders canceled by the customer will be subject to a 6% cancelation fee.
Any shipping costs paid by customer on original order, including ground shipping or expedited shipping will not be refunded including in the event of a return.
Credit will be issued after the product and its contents are inspected and found to be in brand new condition as shipped to the buyer. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless special considerations have been made. Shipments refused by you (the Customer) and returned back to Revolution Off-Road will carry an automatic 20% re-stocking fee deducted from the total credit owed.
Credit will not be issued in the following situations: Product has been installed and or used. Product has been damaged from an attempt to install and/or use. Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts. Seal on electrical parts is broken, or it is evident that electrical part has been installed to vehicle. Product serial number does not match what was originally shipped to buyer.-Product is deemed not re-sellable due to customer's actions. Electrical components after they have been installed.
Product Warranties Revolution Off-Road, LLC honors all manufacturer warranties. Any product that carries a manufacturer warranty must be warrantied through its respective manufacturer. Installed components which have failed must be removed and shipped back to its manufacturer for inspection before replacement. Revolution Off-Road, LLC is not responsible for shipping products to manufacturers for inspection or the return shipping to the end user. Labor time is not paid by Revolution Off-Road, LLC.
Damaged Products If a products arrived damaged you must contact Revolution Off-Road, LLC WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS. Do not install the product as the manufacturer will handle shipping a replacement item. If you install the product then it will void any shipping claim as the product will need to be reviewed by sending pictures of any damage. Once again review your product before attempting to install it, if any damage is found, do not install.
Cores There is a 30 day turnaround policy on cores from the time it was delivered.
I ordered a back glass and a horn signal light kit. Received both in a timely manner, quicker than expected. Both fit perfectly, and the kit was plug and play. Will be ordering again soon!! I was very pleased..
