Gen 3 Portals Are Geared for All
Give your Polaris RZR Trail S 1000 a complete overhaul with a GDP 6” Portal Gear Lift from SuperATV. It delivers impressive height and all the torque you need to dominate the trails. We didn’t design these portals for one rider—we designed them for all riders. By choosing your gear reduction (30 or 45%) and your housing style (cast or billet aluminum), you’re getting a portal gear lift that’s entirely your own.
GDP—the Most Trusted Name in Portals
SuperATV is made up of off-road enthusiasts just like you. That means we know what you want in a portal gear lift, because we want the same things! We’ve spent years designing and testing our portal gear lifts to make sure they’re the strongest around. As a result, more riders choose GDP portals than any other brand. If it says Gear Driven Performance, you know it’s the best there is.
Perfect for Mud
You haven’t truly experienced mud until you’ve tackled it on a set of GDP portals. A 6” lift gives you room to run monster tires and a gear reduction delivers the torque needed to turn them. You’ll be able to cut through the thickest, deepest mud pits without getting swamped, and you’ll make it look easy.
A Gear Reduction That Protects Your Drivetrain
We love that portal gear lifts put the gear reduction directly in the hub. This leads to less stress on your machine’s most vital parts, even through rough riding. Your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission will thank you—and they’ll last longer, too.

Unmatched Gear Material
Gears are the most important component of a portal gear lift, which is why we make ours using the most premium, top-of-the-line gears available. They’re made with precision-ground 9310 alloy steel and designed to mate perfectly every time. This gives you a smooth and quiet ride, no matter how hard you push it.
Stronger Housings by Design
Developing good portal housings isn’t only about strength—it’s also about precise, intelligent design. We’ve spent years learning what makes or breaks these boxes, and as a result, we’re able to deliver portal housings that can put up with any level of trail abuse. Whether you go with cast or USA-made billet aluminum, you’re getting the best.
Our housings are reinforced in all the right places
They’re built with better oil flow and gearing forces in mind
There are no gimmicks and no vents because vents do more harm than good—we know because we tested them
The Strongest Portal Backing Plates You Can Get
Our portal backing plates are the strongest around, and it’s all thanks to the material. We use an advanced steel alloy that’s pound-for-pound stronger than chromoly. At 5/16” thick, these backing plates have more durability than you’ll know what to do with.
Advanced Gaskets and Seals
Whether you go with cast or billet, both housings use:
Advanced Thermo-Tork® gaskets with excellent oil resistance and a lower deterioration rate than Kevlar gaskets
A sealed input gear and double-lipped output seal
100% sealing coverage throughout so you can forget about oil leaks
Bearings That Rock
Every part of our portals is built for battle, including the bearings. We use a double-angular contact bearing that can handle hit after hit without showing premature wear and roller bearings that are designed to absorb the large forces caused by your gear reduction. You’ll never have to worry about a bad bearing or busted box with GDP.
Universal Hubs and Slotted Rotors
Our precision-ground, stainless steel slotted rotors stay cool and deliver the braking power you need, right when you need it. Our universal hubs have 4/156, 4/137, 4/115, and 4/110 bolt patterns so you can run almost any side-by-side wheel under the sun. We also invented the tapered output shaft that our hubs attach to. It provides a more secure fit that won’t shift or wear over time.
