The Polaris RZR XP 1000 and RZR XP Turbo are pure power machines, and SuperATV's Heavy-Duty Threaded Ball Joints are strong enough to handle them. Our Threaded ball joints are designed to work with SuperATV's threaded A-arms ONLY. That's because these ball joints have a one-of-a-kind design that makes them easy to install, easy to service, and stronger than just about any other ball joint out there. They're nearly three times stronger than stock and they don't require a hydraulic press to install.
Threaded Ball Joints are Almost 3x Stronger Than Stock
What makes SuperATVâs Threaded Ball Joints so strong? We use heavy-duty 4340 chromoly steel and a stud design that doesnât taper down like stock. What makes them truly unique, and stronger than other ball joints, is the M38 threads around the housing that lets you thread it easily into our threaded A-arms and secure it with threadlocker and a snap ring. Theyâre almost 3x stronger than stock and easy to install. They come fully assembled and greased so all you have to do is thread them on, torque them to spec, and install the snap ring. Easy. That means you spend less time in the garage, and more time pushing your machine harder than you thought possible.

Our threaded ball joints donât work with stock A-arms. They are designed to work with threaded SuperATV A-arms only. Installing them in SuperATV A-arms gives your RZR's suspension ultimate strength that's impossible with any other setup. If you want strength in your UTVâs suspension, nothing beats SuperATV Threaded Ball Joints and A-arms.

Shipping
Shipping to US with verified payment & confirmed address. Domestic shipments are a mix of services from UPS, USPS, and FedEx. All packages may require a signature.
Delivery
Most of our products ship within 1 Business Day - Occasionally, we are out of stock on an item and will sometimes use a drop ship from one of our suppliers. Drop ships from a handful of suppliers can add up to 5 days processing time.
Refunds & Returns
PLEASE CALL US FIRST for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) #.
All returns made to Revolution Off-Road, LLC must be in the original box with all parts included in new condition.
All returns must be sent with a copy of the original receipt, explanation of the problem and an RMA #.
All returns for full credit must be received by Revolution Off-Road, LLC within 15 days of the product being received by the customer. (determined by UPS tracking #)
Customer is 100% responsible for ALL shipping costs on returned items. Thus, if you return an item and did not originally pay shipping costs, the original shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.
Orders canceled by the customer will be subject to a 6% cancelation fee.Â
Any shipping costs paid by customer on original order, including ground shipping or expedited shipping will not be refunded including in the event of a return.Â
Credit will be issued after the product and its contents are inspected and found to be in brand new condition as shipped to the buyer.
All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless special considerations have been made.
Shipments refused by you (the Customer) and returned back to Revolution Off-Road will carry an automatic 20% re-stocking fee deducted from the total credit owed.
Credit will not be issued in the following situations:
Product has been installed and or used. Product has been damaged from an attempt to install and/or use.
Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts.
Seal on electrical parts is broken, or it is evident that electrical part has been installed to vehicle.
Product serial number does not match what was originally shipped to buyer.-Product is deemed not re-sellable due to customer's actions.
Electrical components after they have been installed.
Product Warranties
Revolution Off-Road, LLC honors all manufacturer warranties. Any product that carries a manufacturer warranty must be warrantied through its respective manufacturer. Installed components which have failed must be removed and shipped back to its manufacturer for inspection before replacement. Revolution Off-Road, LLC is not responsible for shipping products to manufacturers for inspection or the return shipping to the end user. Labor time is not paid by Revolution Off-Road, LLC.
Damaged Products
If a products arrived damaged you must contact Revolution Off-Road, LLC WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS. Do not install the product as the manufacturer will handle shipping a replacement item. If you install the product then it will void any shipping claim as the product will need to be reviewed by sending pictures of any damage. Once again review your product before attempting to install it, if any damage is found, do not install.
Cores
There is a 30 day turnaround policy on cores from the time it was delivered.
