It will also fit 154 & 120HP models but we do not have base setups for these models yet.
172HP X3 R Model Notes: This helix is more aggressive all around to give you WAY better up shift for harder acceleration, yet still has excellent RPM ramp up. If you install this helix in hole C1 you will see a drop in RPM roughly 200-300 RPM. The ideal setup is to purchase our clutch kit with all 6 arms. If you already have our 3 arm clutch kit please email and we can get you the other 6 arms & green primary spring. You could also increase secondary spring tension but your acceleration might not be quite as good. This varies with the tires/terrain you ride in.
195-200HP X3 RR Model Notes: This helix will work with a stock primary setup if need be and will require some fine tuning. It's highly suggested to install our S3 clutch kit which includes the helix, plus the primary weights and spring. This is listed as more of an upgrade to our S2 kit which does not include the helix.
- Choose between two helix styles:
- Performance Helix 1053 is an aggressive helix with acceleration/higher horsepower/aggressive fast-pace drivers in mind.
- High Load Helix 1050 is slightly less aggressive than the 1053 helix with good acceleration gains/power transfer over the OEM helix. Designed for a heavier vehicle, with heavier tires, heavy sand load, or crawling type riding in mind.
- Easy to adjust! The primary weights are a great tuning tool to have, but being able to adjust the helix allows for quick adjustments. This allows you to easily dial in your peak RPM for optimum performance and is especially important for those that switch tires often or ride both dunes & trails.

- We found the stock secondary spring to work the absolute best out of 50+ we've tested with, hands down.
- Target peak RPM for stock or any other tune with the rev limit set between 8300-8700 RPM is 7700-7900 RPM. For AA tunes and other tunes with an 8800-9000 RPM rev limit, the target should be 7900-8300. Testing should be done on somewhat level ground from a 10-20MPH roll on to full WOT and RPM checked as passing by 55-60MPH.

Shipping
Shipping to US with verified payment & confirmed address. Domestic shipments are a mix of services from UPS, USPS, and FedEx. All packages may require a signature.
Delivery
Most of our products ship within 1 Business Day - Occasionally, we are out of stock on an item and will sometimes use a drop ship from one of our suppliers. Drop ships from a handful of suppliers can add up to 5 days processing time.
Refunds & Returns
PLEASE CALL US FIRST for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) #.
All returns made to Revolution Off-Road, LLC must be in the original box with all parts included in new condition.
All returns must be sent with a copy of the original receipt, explanation of the problem and an RMA #.
All returns for must be received by Revolution Off-Road, LLC within 15 days of the product being received by the customer. (determined by UPS tracking #)
Customer is 100% responsible for ALL shipping costs on returned items. Thus, if you return an item and did not originally pay shipping costs, the original shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.
Orders canceled by the customer will be subject to a 10% cancelation fee.
Any shipping costs paid by customer on original order, including ground shipping or expedited shipping will not be refunded including in the event of a return.
Credit will be issued after the product and its contents are inspected and found to be in brand new condition as shipped to the buyer.
All returns will be subject to a 20% - 30% restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer.
Shipments refused by you (the Customer) and returned back to Revolution Off-Road will carry an automatic 20% re-stocking fee deducted from the total credit owed.
Credit will not be issued in the following situations:
Product has been installed and or used. Product has been damaged from an attempt to install and/or use.
Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts.
Seal on electrical parts is broken, or it is evident that electrical part has been installed to vehicle.
Product serial number does not match what was originally shipped to buyer.-Product is deemed not re-sellable due to customer's actions.
Electrical components after they have been installed.
Product Warranties
Revolution Off-Road, LLC honors all manufacturer warranties. Any product that carries a manufacturer warranty must be warrantied through its respective manufacturer. Installed components which have failed must be removed and shipped back to its manufacturer for inspection before replacement. Revolution Off-Road, LLC is not responsible for shipping products to manufacturers for inspection or the return shipping to the end user. Labor time is not paid by Revolution Off-Road, LLC.
Damaged Products
If a products arrived damaged you must contact Revolution Off-Road, LLC WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS. Do not install the product as the manufacturer will handle shipping a replacement item. If you install the product then it will void any shipping claim as the product will need to be reviewed by sending pictures of any damage. Once again review your product before attempting to install it, if any damage is found, do not install.
Cores
There is a 30 day turnaround policy on cores from the time it was delivered.
