This kit includes our complete AA heavy duty primary clutch.  This clutch from Aftermarket Assassins  is the same design found on the 2016-2020 RZR Turbo models with an encapsulated tower design.  We found this clutch to hold power better, hold up better (no exploding), and slip the belt less. It simply meets the demands of these high horsepower vehicles, and is proven. This clutch also holds belt grip better than billet clutches especially at higher RPM's.  This primary clutch is our own version made with higher grade tool steel for the post, assembled with AA HD sliders, to our AA specifications
  • Primary clutch fits 2020 to 2022 RZR Pro XP/Turbo R models - For customers who already have our secondary spring and/or helix
  •  With this clutch you'll notice better power transfer (better acceleration) and lower belt temps than your OEM P90X clutch or any other aftermarket clutch 
  •  Kit includes: AA Primary Clutch, Primary Bolt, AA Recoil magnetic adjustable clutch weights, primary spring, custom primary spring limiter, and now includes AA Extreme Heavy Duty primary sliders (comes installed on clutch).
  • Primary clutch does not come assembled.  Simply setup your weights according to our setup chart, then install the weights & Spring.  Otherwise we have the +$25 option to have us assemble the primary clutch for you, as long as you let us know what engine modifications and tire size/type.
  • This item is for those that already have our AA clutch kit and want to upgrade the primary clutch.  If looking for the clutch + secondary components, that kit is listed separate.   
  • Must be used with AA secondary spring (or AA spring + AA helix).

  •   DISCLAIMER/SPECIAL NOTES ABOUT THIS CLUTCH:  This clutch is louder at idle as these clutches have a loose spider/slider tolerance until engine RPM ramps up. This clutch is tight under the cover and MAY slightly contact the plastic at idle, making a few wear marks (extremely uncommon, but we have seen it due to cover variances).   The primary bolt has a turned down (shortened) head to clear under the cover. This is easier to strip, so use care when tightening and make sure you use an 18mm 6 point socket. If dissembling the clutch, the 6 spring cover button head allen bolts are also easy to strip if you use the wrong size (or standard), they are a 4mm.     
  • Clutch Puller Note:  You will need the P90X clutch puller to remove your OEM clutch.  The AA clutch uses the standard XPT/XP1000 primary clutch puller.

    Shipping
    Shipping to US with verified payment & confirmed address. Domestic shipments are a mix of services from UPS, USPS, and FedEx. All packages may require a signature.

    Delivery
    Most of our products ship within 1 Business Day - Occasionally, we are out of stock on an item and will sometimes use a drop ship from one of our suppliers. Drop ships from a handful of suppliers can add up to 5 days processing time.

    Refunds & Returns
    PLEASE CALL US FIRST for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) #.

    All returns made to Revolution Off-Road, LLC must be in the original box with all parts included in new condition.
    All returns must be sent with a copy of the original receipt, explanation of the problem and an RMA #.
    All returns for must be received by Revolution Off-Road, LLC within 15 days of the product being received by the customer. (determined by UPS tracking #)
    Customer is 100% responsible for ALL shipping costs on returned items. Thus, if you return an item and did not originally pay shipping costs, the original shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.

    Orders canceled by the customer will be subject to a 10% cancelation fee. 

    Any shipping costs paid by customer on original order, including ground shipping or expedited shipping will not be refunded including in the event of a return. 


    Credit will be issued after the product and its contents are inspected and found to be in brand new condition as shipped to the buyer.
    All returns will be subject to a 20% - 30% restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer.
    Shipments refused by you (the Customer) and returned back to Revolution Off-Road will carry an automatic 20% re-stocking fee deducted from the total credit owed.

    Credit will not be issued in the following situations:
    Product has been installed and or used. Product has been damaged from an attempt to install and/or use.
    Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts.
    Seal on electrical parts is broken, or it is evident that electrical part has been installed to vehicle.
    Product serial number does not match what was originally shipped to buyer.-Product is deemed not re-sellable due to customer's actions.
    Electrical components after they have been installed.

    Product Warranties
    Revolution Off-Road, LLC honors all manufacturer warranties. Any product that carries a manufacturer warranty must be warrantied through its respective manufacturer. Installed components which have failed must be removed and shipped back to its manufacturer for inspection before replacement. Revolution Off-Road, LLC is not responsible for shipping products to manufacturers for inspection or the return shipping to the end user. Labor time is not paid by Revolution Off-Road, LLC.

    Damaged Products
    If a products arrived damaged you must contact Revolution Off-Road, LLC WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS. Do not install the product as the manufacturer will handle shipping a replacement item. If you install the product then it will void any shipping claim as the product will need to be reviewed by sending pictures of any damage. Once again review your product before attempting to install it, if any damage is found, do not install.

    Cores
    There is a 30 day turnaround policy on cores from the time it was delivered.
