Gen 3 Portals Are Geared for AllRide when, where, and how you want with SuperATV’s GDP 4” Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris RZR XP Turbo. We know that no two riders are created equally, and we designed these portals around that philosophy. You get a say in what kind of housings we use (cast or billet aluminum) and what kind of gear reduction you get. Our 30% gear reduction lets you ride full force with maximum torque and bigger tires, and our 15% gear reduction is perfect if you do most of your riding on the trails. Whichever direction you go, you can’t go wrong.
GDP—the Most Trusted Name in PortalsOff-road enthusiasts choose GDP portals over any other brand, and there’s a reason for that. No other portals are as tested, as trusted, or as reliable as the ones made by SuperATV. When you ride on GDP portals, you’re joining thousands of other riders in experiencing their strength and durability.
Perfect for MudIf you’re a mud rider, you need portals. End of story. The extra torque and ground clearance are perfect for cutting through the thickest mud bogs, and being able to run larger tires is the icing on the cake. You’ll never again look at mud the same way.
A Gear Reduction That Protects Your DrivetrainPortals put the gear reduction in the hub, which greatly reduces the amount of stress put on your vehicle’s most crucial components. Knowing that your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission are in good hands lets you ride harder without worry.

Unmatched Gear MaterialTop-of-the-line portals require top-of-the-line gears, and nothing less. That’s why we make our gears using 9310 alloy steel (long story short: it’s really strong) and we precision grind them so they mate perfectly every time. All of this comes together to give you a super smooth and quiet performance, no matter how you ride.
Stronger Housings by DesignWe know what it takes to produce portal housings that are stronger, smarter, and more reliable than anything else out there. And that’s exactly what we deliver with our GDP housings. You get to choose between cast and USA-made, CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum.
- Our housings are reinforced in all the right places
- They’re built with better oil flow and gearing forces in mind
- There are no gimmicks and no vents because vents do more harm than good—we know because we tested them
The Strongest Portal Backing Plates You Can GetIf you haven’t noticed, we don’t cut corners when it comes to portals. Every piece of this product is expertly designed, including the 5/16” thick backing plates. We make them using an advanced steel alloy that is specialized for ultra-high force applications and even stronger than chromoly. Backing plates this strong are guaranteed to outlast your machine’s lifetime.
Advanced Gaskets and SealsWhether you go with cast or billet, both housings use:
- Advanced Thermo-Tork® gaskets with excellent oil resistance and a lower deterioration rate than Kevlar gaskets
- A sealed input gear and double-lipped output seal
- 100% sealing coverage throughout so you can forget about oil leaks
Bearings That RockTop-quality bearings are a must for smooth, reliable performance. We use roller bearings to hold our idler gear because we don’t compromise when it comes to strength. Our output bearing is a double-angular contact bearing—that means it can handle huge loads in any direction without wearing prematurely. Our bearings truly are built for battle, and they’re just another piece of the puzzle that makes GDP portals the best.
Universal Hubs and Slotted RotorsOur precision-ground, stainless steel slotted rotors stay cool to give you the braking power you need, when you need it. And our universal hubs are built to make your life easier. Their 4/156, 4/137, 4/115, and 4/110 bolt patterns and lugs let you run just about any side-by-side wheel in the world. We also invented the tapered output shaft that our hubs attach to. It provides a more secure lock that won’t wobble or wear over time.

Gear reductions listed are general guidelines to maintain factory top speed. Installing a larger than recommended gear reduction will result in extra torque and lower top speed. Give us a call for more information. |
