Looking for an exhaust system that was extensively dyno-tested to provide the most power possible? Look no further than our RS1 & XP-1000 full exhaust system. Bikeman utilizes a Superflow 902 Engine dyno while designing new products, unlike many others that try to measure engine components on wheel dyno alone. Our header went through many stages of development to provide maximum airflow whether you're running a stock or modified motor. The development of the head pipe section was long and tedious testing all the variables to zero in on what the RS1 engine wanted. This final design utilizes power tuned head pipes to the correct length and shape just for the RS1 1000 motor, a large high strength flex joint with V band connection to the Big Mo muffler. The Header has a high temp ceramic coating. This special coating holds a great amount of heat into the pipe and is meant to withstand the high temperatures of exhaust components. The Big Mo muffler is an ultra-high-quality piece made from billet aluminum and a precision extrusion. The Big Mo muffler has optional accessories that will tone down the decibels and provide spark arresting. This will slightly tone down the volume and make it legal for areas needing spark arrestors to ride. This exhaust provides great power with exceptional sound that is not obnoxiously loud, but just right. This system is what you need if you are a serious RS1 racing enthusiast.

These graphs are a representation of the gain while running BMP Tuner, Exhaust, and Stage 2 clutching verses All stock. During the run street tires were used to maintain a consistent grip on the dyno rollers. Horsepower is depicted red being scaled on the left of the page and RPM is depicted Blue being scaled on the right side of the page. The baseline stock rpm and horsepower is the darker red and darker blue lines. The stock maximum horsepower was a consistent 82, RPM stayed below 8350 and would not go over 73 mph due to ECU limiters. In the tuning the electronic limitations have been adjusted for maximum performance RPM limits are raised to 9000, Electronic speed limiters are raised to 120 (this eliminates any electronic speed limit), Torque limits are raised (allows for the most acceleration possible), ignition timing and fuel curves are optimized for BMP exhaust, Dual cooling fans are controlled independently (fan 1 will kick on at 185 while fan 2 will kick on at 190 minimizing the load on charging system until needed.

Shipping
Shipping to US with verified payment & confirmed address. Domestic shipments are a mix of services from UPS, USPS, and FedEx. All packages may require a signature.

Delivery
Most of our products ship within 1 Business Day - Occasionally, we are out of stock on an item and will sometimes use a drop ship from one of our suppliers. Drop ships from a handful of suppliers can add up to 5 days processing time.

Refunds & Returns
PLEASE CALL US FIRST for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) #.

All returns made to Revolution Off-Road, LLC must be in the original box with all parts included in new condition.
All returns must be sent with a copy of the original receipt, explanation of the problem and an RMA #.
All returns for must be received by Revolution Off-Road, LLC within 15 days of the product being received by the customer. (determined by UPS tracking #)
Customer is 100% responsible for ALL shipping costs on returned items. Thus, if you return an item and did not originally pay shipping costs, the original shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.

Orders canceled by the customer will be subject to a 10% cancelation fee. 

Any shipping costs paid by customer on original order, including ground shipping or expedited shipping will not be refunded including in the event of a return. 


Credit will be issued after the product and its contents are inspected and found to be in brand new condition as shipped to the buyer.
All returns will be subject to a 20% - 30% restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer.
Shipments refused by you (the Customer) and returned back to Revolution Off-Road will carry an automatic 20% re-stocking fee deducted from the total credit owed.

Credit will not be issued in the following situations:
Product has been installed and or used. Product has been damaged from an attempt to install and/or use.
Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts.
Seal on electrical parts is broken, or it is evident that electrical part has been installed to vehicle.
Product serial number does not match what was originally shipped to buyer.-Product is deemed not re-sellable due to customer's actions.
Electrical components after they have been installed.

Product Warranties
Revolution Off-Road, LLC honors all manufacturer warranties. Any product that carries a manufacturer warranty must be warrantied through its respective manufacturer. Installed components which have failed must be removed and shipped back to its manufacturer for inspection before replacement. Revolution Off-Road, LLC is not responsible for shipping products to manufacturers for inspection or the return shipping to the end user. Labor time is not paid by Revolution Off-Road, LLC.

Damaged Products
If a products arrived damaged you must contact Revolution Off-Road, LLC WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS. Do not install the product as the manufacturer will handle shipping a replacement item. If you install the product then it will void any shipping claim as the product will need to be reviewed by sending pictures of any damage. Once again review your product before attempting to install it, if any damage is found, do not install.

Cores
There is a 30 day turnaround policy on cores from the time it was delivered.
